Amy is the founder of Amy Pendergrass & Co., a Hudson area real estate business that is part of the RE/MAX Haven brokerage. Her career as a Realtor spans more than 21 years, and has included accolades such as the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Sales Award and the National Association of Realtors Award for the top one percent of Realtors nationwide. In 2014 Amy became a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
Prior to joining RE/MAX Haven in 2007, Amy Pendergrass & Co. was affiliated with Smythe Cramer(now Howard Hanna Smythe Cramer), where Amy was honored with Rookie of the Year and Lifetime Circle of Achievement awards.
A native of Virginia, Amy is a graduate of Campbell University in North Carolina. She has been an active member of the Hudson community since relocating here in 1994, most recently serving with Leadership Hudson in its creation of the newly-opened Veteran’s Way Park. Amy is a long standing member of Hudson United Methodist Church.
Amy has been married for 44 years, and is a proud mother of three children and grandmother of four beautiful grandchildren.
Terri Wilhelm has been a resident of Northeast Ohio for 5 years. She holds a bachelor's degree +45 in music education from Bowling Green State University. She has taught vocal music from K-12 and at Kenyon College and directed competition show choirs, barbershop quartets, and musicals.
Real Estate has been the career that has lasted for over 20 years. Terri is a Million Dollar Seller with Re/Max Haven and has worked for other agencies in other cities. When not working, Terri enjoys traveling, knitting, crocheting, reading and cooking. What she enjoys most of all is spending time with her husband, Hoyte, her daughter, Megan and son, Timothy. Her happiest times are when the whole family is together.
